Equipment for Geomembrane production.
It is suitalbe for production for LDPE, HDPE, EVA, ECB membranes. Feathered by smooth surface, stable performance, excellent durability and firm bound. The products conform to the national standards of GB/T17643-1998. High automaticity, low power consumption, easy operating, high yield.

I TYPE: 580KW, OUTPUT: 650-700kg/hour, Size: 15.8mX8.5m, membrane size: 0.5-2.0mm thickness, upmost width: 8,000mm,
Type II: 340kw, output: 350-400KG/Hour, size: 13.8mX5.4m, membrane size: 0.5-2.0mm thickness, upmost width:4,0000mm
Major components:
1. Extruder, Reducer, Main motor power is 132KW, DC converter
2. Extruder barrel: use 38CYMOALA materials with nitriding treatment. Screw heating power: 62KW.
3. Die: can be with inner heating system and hydraulic automatic recersing device. Heating power is 72KW.
4. Three-Roller: Horizontal style, surface of roller was with hard chrome treatment. Power is 11KW.
5. Two-traction device: A.VVVF traction power is 3KW B. Torque traction power is 25N.
